One day I lost - for about 20 minutes or so - my sunglasses. I was very upset thinking they were lost forever! They were expensive. This happened the last time we went to Florida. We would spend more time in the ocean than by the ocean. We had sweltering days, every day, from morning to night.
That afternoon, I had the shades on top of my head and I decided to float on my back for a while... Very smart!! When I stood up the glasses were gone. I started looking for them with my feet... and so did everybody else who was nearby. In vain. My nephew approaches: What's happening? Why is everybody looking down?
Well... some time later, he found them at the bottom of the ocean... with his feet!!
Em Montreal eram as BIXI, entravam ao serviço em Abril e terminavam-no em Novembro. Na altura debatia-se se o município devia ou não continuar a oferecer já que no ano anterior tinham dado um prejuízo de quase três milhões de dólares canadianos! Dalma
Não sei se é lucrativo ou não. Ontem vi muita gente a andar com estas bicicletas. Já no ano passado, numa das minhas idas à baixa, vi muitas destas, em diferentes locais.
Por cá, também já se vai vendo também, em certas zonas mais turísticas... acho muito bem! Junta-se o útil ao agradável... Beijinhos, Catarina! Continuação de uma boa semana! Ana
Já no ano passado - se não estou em erro - falaste nos passeios de bicicleta. Eu acho óptimo! :) Essas parecem ser muito leves. Aqui em Aveiro têm as BUGA's: Bicicleta de Utilização Gratuita de Aveiro., que são disponibilizadas pelo poder Autárquico. Mas Aveiro, como sabes, é uma zona geográfica muito plana.
Essas são gratuitas ou de aluguer? Esse povo do Canadá é muito, muito civilizado. Noutro país qualquer,(incluindo o nosso) quem achasse os óculos, ficava era com eles. :(
Por aqui também há bicicletas para alugar mas apenas 2 - 3, nunca tantas, todas juntas, como aí. Quanto aos óculos... faço minhas as palavras da Janita. Beijo.

Rented bikes seem to be everywhere these days. I've seen them in Gslway when I was there. People rent them and use them so that is good.
