Foi na casa de uma amiga que
nos encontrámos. Nós as quatro. Foi muito divertido, foi uma celebração alegre
de amizade... presencial... e mantendo o distanciamento.
A M. tem um terraço muito
bonito e confortável. Tínhamos a nossa própria mesa e um sofá para cada uma de
nós.
O marido, um amor de homem,
fazia-nos as pizzas (muitas!) no forno de lenha.
As melhores pizzas que jamais comi. Repito
esta afirmação sempre que lá vou.

Também já fui visitada por duas amigas, não no mesmo dia e recebi-as no quintal/terraço, não com esse requinte mas também foi muito agradável.

Connosco é sempre importante o que se come. : )) Quando vou a casa desta amiga, sei que vou comer comida excelente. Os dois são bons cozinheiros, fazem pratos italianos que nos obrigam a exceder a quantidade de comida aconselhável!! Tentei replicar a sopa de cenoura, mas ainda não consegui. Vou tentar a fazê-la de novo este fim de semana. Fui muito conservadora no uso da gingibre e da garam masala (mistura de especiarias muito utilizada na Índia), talvez tivesse sido por isso... Tive receio que ficasse muito picante. Tenho sempre garam masala, mas utilizo esta especiaria em pequeníssima quantidade.
