ResponderEliminarO pesto é de coentros e faz-se como qualquer outro pesto. As torradas são barradas com queijo fresco e pesto. A salada é feita com tomates cereja cortados ao meio, uvas verdes cortadas ao meio, cebola roxa em rodelas muito finas e vinagrete que fazes ao teu gosto. Eu fiz com azeite e vinagre de vinho tinto. Para quem gostar, pode-se acrescentar sal e pimenta. Eu nunca ponho sal nas saladas. O resto foi comprado. : )
