Medjool é uma variedade de tâmaras originária da região Tafilalt em Marrocos, que também é cultivada nos Estados Unidos, Israel, México, Irão, Arábia Saudita, Jordânia, Palestina, África do Sul e Perú.

Vale a pena ler sobre os vários benefícios das tâmaras para a saúde. Basta consumir  uma ou duas por dia.

The Medjool cultivar originates from the Tafilalt region of Marocco, where it is still grown. Outside Morocco, it is grown in the United States, Israel, Palestine, Iran, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Jordan.

It is worth reading about the health benefits of dates when you consume one or two a day.
