Giacomo Ceruti foi um dos muitos pintores seguidores do estilo de Caravaggio. É conhecido pelas pinturas que retratam cenas realistas e representações empáticas de pessoas que viviam à margem da sociedade.

Este quadro pertence ao acervo permanente da Fondazione Roberto Longhi e está atualmente exposto no Museu Mint, em Charlotte.

 

Giacomo Ceruti was one of the many painters who followed the style of Caravaggio.  He is known for paintings that depict realistic scenes and empathetic representations of people living on the margins of society.

This painting belongs to the permanent collection of the Fondazione Roberto Longhi and is currently on display at the Mint Museum in Charlotte.
